LOONA Robot Update: Text Instructions
Automatically update
Step1:
If there is a new Loona system version, the APP will automatically pop up "New versions for Loona", click "update", and Loona will automatically update.
Note: During the update, Loona cannot be connected to the APP
Step2:
After the update is complete, Loona will automatically restart without any operation, and automatically connect to the APP. At this point, the update is complete and you can experience Loona's new features or check whether the previous bugs have been fixed.
Manually update
You can also manually check the Loona system version in the settings and update it manually.
Step1:
Click on your profile picture in the APP to enter "My Center."
Step2:
Click Settings in the upper right corner of "My Center" to enter the settings page
Step3:
Find "loona system update" in the settings interface, Find "loona system update" in the settings interface. If there is a new update, there will be a small red dot and click.
Note: If there is no red dot on "loona system update", click refresh at the back
Step4:
After clicking, a "New versions for Loona" prompt will pop up; click "Update" to update. After the update is complete, Loona will automatically restart and connect to the APP
Update Note

First, make sure that Loona's power is above 50% before updating, and do not turn off Loona during the update.

Then, during the Loona update process, the app cannot be connected.
