Shipping Policy

Shipping timelines depend on stock availability and destination. The product page shows the latest estimated timeline before checkout.

Standard Processing

  • In-stock items usually dispatch within 3 business days.
  • Estimated delivery for major destinations is generally 6 to 10 business days after dispatch.
  • Large quantity purchases may require an additional 3 to 5 business days for processing.

Common Delivery Regions

  • United States: dispatch in about 3 business days, delivery in about 6 to 10 business days.
  • United Kingdom and Germany: dispatch in about 3 business days, delivery in about 6 to 10 business days.
  • European Union, Canada, Australia, and Singapore: dispatch in about 3 business days, delivery in about 6 to 10 business days.

Address Changes and Cancellations

  • Please verify the full shipping address, including unit or door number, before placing the order.
  • Once an order has shipped, the shipping address cannot be changed.
  • If you want to cancel, contact our after-sales team within 24 hours of placing the order.

Carriers and Delays

KEYi Tech selects the most suitable courier service for each region and package.

Carrier delays caused by weather, customs, mechanical issues, or incomplete address details are outside our direct control.

Shipping Charges and Tracking

  • Shipping rates are calculated by region and shown during checkout.
  • If dimensional weight or destination costs are higher than expected, shipping charges may be adjusted.
  • Tracking information is typically available after dispatch and can be viewed through your order updates or account.

Lost or Damaged Packages

All packages are insured when they leave our warehouse. If a package arrives visibly damaged, do not accept it without documenting the condition.

If tracking stops updating or your order does not arrive, contact support so we can investigate with the courier.
